An Invaluable Crêpe recipe...

I was on holidays in Spain and there I got to know Mercadona, an important distribution company, quite friendly in my opinion.

So looking for some information about Mercadona as I was planning my upcoming holidays and I was looking for Mercadona's stores nearby. I've found this text in Spanish, so I've tried to translate. Here it is.

Did you ever wonder, what afternoon snacks you could prepare for your kids ?

Along with Mercadona's suggestions, I'll pass on an invaluable Crepe recipe...

This one is very easy to prepare and your kids will enjoy a lot (also the grown-ups).

Ingredients:

250 gr. flour
2 glasses of milk
3 eggs
2 spoons of melted butter
a pinch of salt
a pinch of sugar

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients with the mixer and leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. When 2 hours have gone by, put the mix in a frying pan with a little bit of butter. When the butter is hot, spill in one spoonful of the mix. You'll have to spill in enough to cover the frying pan with a pretty thin layer.

You have to turn it over (as if were an omelette), when the colour appears golden brown. It'll have to be browned on both sides. Each time you prepair a brand-new crepe remember to put in a little more butter and extend it all around the frying pan.

Once you take out the crepe you may want to cover it with jam, chocolate, etc. Later you can roll it or just fold it. That depends on you!

Crepes are also great with wipped cream. They are great rolled and covered with hot chocolate.
